Minor League Recap - 6/20/07

Triple A - Las Vegas lost 7-4

Delwyn Young - 2 for 5, 3B, HR (11), 3 RBI, R

An early exit for DJ Houlton spelled trouble for the 51's. Houlton cruised through the first 4 innings, before allowing 3 runs in the 5th. He was replaced by Matt White with 2 outs in the inning. White worked 1.1 scoreless, before Matt Riley came in and gave up 4 more runs in a pair of frames. Dwayne Pollok worked a scoreless 9th. Delwyn Young clubbed his 11th HR as well as his 3rd triple. Andy LaRoche did not play. Vegas looks for its first win of the series tomorrow at 7:11pm.

Double A - Jacksonville was rained out again; a doubleheader is scheduled for tomorrow


High A - Inland Empire returns to action tomorrow


Low A - Great Lakes also returns to action tomorrow


Rookie Ball - Ogden lost 4-2

Jovanny Rosario - 3 for 5, R, 2 K's, SB
Kenley Jansen - 1 for 4, 2 K's

Doug Brooks allowed 4 runs over 5 innings as the Raptors dropped their first game of the season. Both of Ogden's runs came in the 8th inning. Justin Fuller and Jovanny Rosario hit back to back 1 out singles before Fuller scored on an error. Jeremy Brown's single plated Rosario. Ogden concludes their opening series with Orem tomorrow at 6:05pm.

Rookie Ball - GCL Dodgers were suspended due to rain; no word on a makeup game
