Player of the Day - Steven Caseres, 1B
Caseres was a guy I liked as a 9th round pick from last year. He's got the frame and the swing that just ooze power. His rookie season was a little disappointing and he hasn't gotten off to the best start this spring. Hitting just .063 against lefties isn't helping, but he's hitting righties to the tune of a .904 OPS. Unless he starts hitting southpaws, Steve will have a hard time finding a full time gig.
