Player of the Day - Preston Mattingly, LF

After an incredibly hot month of May (.345/.393/.545), Preston starts June with a bang. He's homered 3 times in his last 9 games, going 13 for 34 (.382) over that span. He's also destroying lefties, hitting a robust .462 with an 1.128 OPS through the first 2 months. The plate discipline still needs a lot of work, but at least the numbers are good.
