Player of the Day - Tony Delmonico, C

Second day in a row that Tony's reached base 4 times. Two of those hits, including a double, and the walk came against rehabbing Tigers' starter Jeremy Bonderman. Delmonico ranks 4th in the Midwest league in OBP and 6th in OPS, though two other Loons are 1 and 2 in that category (Pedroza and Russell). He's also 14th in strikeouts, behind Pedroza and Russell again. The trio could be a lot more productive if they stop whiffing so much.
